As you might have noticed from a number of my previous posts and especially my Instagram images I have started to invest more of my time and energy into not only cooking but cooking healthy.

There is a number of reasons behind my decision, on of them is obvious - it's healthy, but I also wanted to make sure with not being really experienced cook to find and follow (before I start experimenting and substituting) good and healthy recipes to make protein rich food for my boyfriend who is a professional athlete and his diet is directly connected to his performance on the court.

I am not going to lie, fast approaching bikini season also serves as additional motivator for me to be more mindful of what and how often I eat, but for some time now with my fast and exhausting work pace in several countries and huge multinational companies in last 6 years I haven't took such a good care about my health, I always did exercise but I haven't ate healthy enough or frequently enough nor slept enough, which resulted with fainting a number of times at work and feeling tired all of the time....and I am tired of being tired :)

As I am quite a technologically enabled person :) I store and collect my favorite recipes which I collected from powerful ladies who influenced my life like my grandma, mum, Mrs.Deb and Jenn who's kids I babysat and my best friend Anita in my iPhone and iPad, but also from ladies passionate about healthy cooking on my Pinterest page cooking board.

From our short Facebook discussion I noticed that some of you, my readers also like to mix morning energy smoothies which I absolutely love! When I lived and worked in NYC I was a frequent guest at Jumba Juice, I had their amazing smoothies in the morning for energy and after workouts for recovery.

Today I am sharing with you a couple of cheat sheet for making delicious smoothies which I printed out and put on my fridge to remember what to mix in on those mornings where I am not quite awake yet and wouldn't remember it all. I hope you'll find it useful! :)

  2. The stitching is well done and is a good value for how nice it looks. The leather is soft and it should be comfortable to wear.
